Tree Climbing Knots

Hi Everyone,

My name is Chaz and I’ll be sharing all my knowledge on different tree climbing knots with anyone who wants to visit TreeClimbingKnots.com. I first got into tree climbing about 7 years ago, on a holiday to Nebraska. I soon discovered the treetops are a place to easily get a way from the chaos on the ground. To this day the first place I try to disappear when the nonsense of todays world gets too much for me is into the treetops.

I developed my climbing skills over the next couple of years and since 2005 I’ve helped over 500 people in the US to climb upto the treetops and experience a personal connection with Nature like no other. I’ve climbed and taught in 3 different countries, helping out canopy researchers and international tree climbing schools.

Lets get one thing straight – I am not an arborist.  I just love climbing trees.  Also if I do say so myself – I am a master of tree climbing knots. I seem to have a skill for remembering the different steps involved in tieing the knots and I am pretty skilled also at teaching others… Oh and I am very modest ..
